Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Image Viewer — our browser extension, mobile app, and this website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Image Viewer is a tool that lets you collect links to visual content you choose, organize it into series and pages, and read it across your devices with progress sync and related features. We provide the software and hosting for your library metadata; we do not host, supply, or curate the underlying images, which load from their original sources.

2. Accounts

You must sign in with a supported identity provider (Google or Apple) to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your region) to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription. Available tiers, prices, and any introductory offer are shown at the point of purchase.
• Subscriptions are billed through the app store or payment processor you purchase from and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account or payment settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law or the app store’s policies, payments are non-refundable. Introductory offers are limited to one redemption per account.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you collect, store, and share using the Service, and for ensuring you have the right to do so. You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any law or the rights of others, including intellectual property rights;
• collect, store, or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• circumvent access controls, usage limits, or security measures.

We do not review the content you collect and are not responsible for it. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Sharing

The Service lets you create a private link to share a series. If you share a link, you are responsible for who you share it with and for your right to share that content. Anyone with a valid link may view the series and save a copy. You may turn a share link off at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as permitted here. You retain any rights you hold in the content you collect.

7. Third-party sources

The Service displays images and content from third-party sources you choose. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, or their availability. Your use of third-party sites is subject to their terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content loaded from third-party sources will remain available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
